Soil Store is a UAE based company. We ship premium healthy food products worldwide. There are two different courier services that we utilize to ship products both locally and globally. We have Firstflightme to make local deliveries FedEx for internationally.
For UAE based customers, we accept cash on delivery and online payments. As for all other customers worldwide, you can make your payments online. As soon as your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will get an email notification of all the pertinent details of the shipment.
The email will include information such as your Airway Bill Number, which is basically a string of digits you can track your order against. You can also use the given number to track the shipment across both Firstflghtme and FedEx
To track your shipment on Firstflightme – go to http://www.firstflightme.com/Default, insert the number and click on “Track Order”.
For international customers, you can track your order at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html Just type in the Airway Bill Number and click “Track”.
