The flavor of nutella was one of my favorites before going vegan, but after some experimenting, I can confirm that I have achieved the same nutty, chocolaty taste of goodness with none of the bad stuff involved! These energy oat + nut balls are packed with healthy fats and nutrients to help keep you going and as a perfectly sized midday snack are super handy to just keep in the fridge to grab whenever you are feeling peckish.

Ingredients (makes 15):
- 15 soaked dates
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- ½ cup Rude Health Porridge Daily Oats
- ¼ bar dark chocolate/2 tbsp raw cacao powder

Directions:
- Cut the stones out of the dates and set them aside to soak in some warm water
- Measure out the nuts and oats
- If using chocolate bar, cut the ¼ into smaller pieces
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until mixture becomes a more clumpy and sticky consistency, with the nuts as blended as possible
- Now measure out spoonful’s of the mixture and roll into small balls
- Put finished balls into a fridge for 15-20 minutes and then they are ready to eat as you wish
- Enjoy!
