Rana Mirza

Rana is a mother of 3 who became passionate about health and wellness and decided to shift careers into health coaching. She is a certified health coach who received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied over 100 dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. She’s also specializing in Gut Health and Child Nutrition.

Rana practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means helping clients explore all angles of their life that are connected: work, relationship, family, exercising, food, hobbies and passions. Through this approach, Rana tackles both body and mind in an effort to bring positive and lasting lifestyle changes.

Rana is an avid blogger where she shares relevant food, health and wellbeing information, and simple tips for making healthier choices that every mom can follow. She also participates in a variety of workshops and talks across the UAE, and works with private clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding!
