This coffee has a wonderful sweet aroma, low acidity, and a pleasant taste of dried cherries and chocolate. This Ethiopia coffee comes from the DogaBulchani cooperative in the Sidama area in Oromia. The farmers that produce this coffee cultivate 0.25 to 1.5 hectares of their coffee trees in a garden production system. Garden coffee is a coffee grown under shade together with other crops in the vicinity of farmer's homes. Traditional Ethiopian coffee cultivation practices are still dominant among Sidama farmers. Coffee trees are managed by hand and fertilized with organic matter.
