If you have placed an order for one or more perishable items, please know that we do not accept returns on such items. However, if you have placed your order for a perishable item and you wish to cancel that order, give us a call immediately. If the item has not been prepared for delivery, we may accept your cancellation at our own discretion.
Once the perishable item(s) has been prepared for delivery, your order will not be cancelled nor will we accept returns on said item(s).
Defective Products Policy
If however, you feel that the item(s) you received is defective or broken in any way, you may get in touch with us and ask for a refund or exchange. Once we have received the item and have it inspected by our own professional experts, we will notify you whether your return or exchange has been accepted or denied.
Any item you send back must be returned in its original packaging and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
