- Iceberg lettuce
- Spinach leaves
- Sweet corn
- Spring onions
- Edible flowers

Simply drizzle the finished salad with a mixture of olive oil, balsamic dressing and pepper, toss and top with a liberal handful of coconut chips at the last minute to prevent them getting soggy, and enjoy an amazing, healthy mouthful of color and crunch!
