Question: Where is my order?
Answer: Once you have placed the order, it will ship within the next 24 to 48 hours. If you are a UAE based customer, your order will be delivered via Fetcher or Aramex and international deliveries will be completed by Aramex. You will receive an email that will include information such as your Airway Bill Number, which you can use to track your order across both Fetcher and Aramex.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Unfortunately we do not have a returns policy as the items we offer are food items that are perishable and cannot be returned. So please make sure that when you place your order you have picked the right items before finalizing them for delivery.
Q: What do I do if I am having trouble checking out or placing an order?
A: Oh no! If you are facing such a problem then please drop us an email at email@example.com. Our friendly customer service staff will be more than happy to help you out.
Q: Do you have products that cater to people with allergies?
A: Our aim is to deliver to you organic, preservative free and non-GMO items. If you have any allergies, you will find them in the nutritional facts of the items or they will be labeled on the product for your benefit. However, if you are unsure, please send us an email regarding the item and we will respond ASAP!
Q: How would I know whether my order was successfully placed or not?
A: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with all the relevant information such as your ordered cart items, order number, tracking info, contact details and our helpline and email address if you encounter any issues.
Q: Can I make an account on your website?
A: Yes you can. By making an account you can easily track your order and view your order history. You will also receive regular updates on any deals, sales or new items coming to our store.
Q: What if I forget my account password?
A: In such a case you can always visit our ‘forgot my password’ page and reset your password as long as you still have access to the email you entered when signing up for an account at Soil Store.
