Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

What does it mean to shop by allergen?

Considering many people have allergies & intolerances to different products, we’ve filtered our products to the main common allergens: dairy, gluten, nuts, soy & sesame. By selecting on of those ingredients, you will view food & drinks products that do not contain them.

Do you have products that cater to people with allergies?

Our aim is to deliver to you organic, preservative free and non-GMO items. If you have any allergies, you will find them in the nutritional facts of the items or they will be labeled on the product for your benefit. However, if you are unsure, please send us an email regarding the item and we will respond ASAP! 


What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order value for shipping.

How would I know whether my order was successfully placed or not?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with all the relevant information such as your ordered cart items, order number, tracking info, contact details and our helpline and email address if you encounter any issues.

What if I received the wrong order?

Contact sales@soilstore.com to edit and rectify your order. If already paid, revision should be based on the amount paid.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and therefore have set up our system to send all orders through right away. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make changes to your order, including modifying contents and shipping address, once it has been placed. If you’d still like to make a change, we can try our best to cancel your original order and help you reorder instead. Our Customer Service team is available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested by phone within an hour of placing it.

What if my order is late?

Orders are being tracked and if there is a delay, we will be informing you. If you have not received your order, or communication as to its whereabouts, please contact sales@soilstore.com

Returns & Refunds

What is your Returns Policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on soilstore.com for non-food items. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. To be eligible for a return, damaged goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

What is the returns process?

For returns, please email sales@soilstore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will then arrange for the returned item to be collected. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. The shipping fee will be charged to the customer if reason is wrong order or change of mind (on non-food items only).  Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

Soil Store is a UAE based company. We ship premium healthy food products worldwide through various couriers. We ship both locally and internationally.

What are your payment options?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Visa and Mastercard. Cash on Delivery is available in the UAE only. Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than UAE dirhams. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping usually takes 1-2 working days. If you have not received your package you can log in to your account to track it, or contact sales@soilstore.com so we can help you locate it.
